White phenyl is a diluted form of  Deodourising Cum  disinfectant fluid or is suitably manufactured using a emusifier and a perfume for frangnance

 

Advantage

 

It gives a sweet smell of lemon or other as desired for keeping the premises fragmented.

 

It is available in white ready to use solution that seems to be very cheap in cost when compared to black or perfumed phenyl.

 

Disadvantages.

 

The floor is not cleaned and lack hygienic condition altogether.

 

It does not disinfect to great extent the area moped or used on.
